The Corning Pyrex 3081-150 2.4L Small Knob Top Desiccator is a standard borosilicate glass desiccator that holds samples over a desiccant material. It has a knob on the cover for ease of handling. The desiccator is a covered jar and measures 255mm in height, with a chamber depth of 100mm. The ground flange has an inside diameter of 150mm, and the plate diameter is 140mm.Desiccators are sealable containers used to remove water from a sample, or to preserve moisture-sensitive electronics or lab consumables, typically in laboratory, electronic, and aerospace applications.
