Powell Furniture Calypso Small Hall Console Table - Narrow Entryway Sofa Table with Storage Shelf - Perfect for Foyer, Living Room & Apartment Decor

I've purchased the larger Powell console in this same style. It said fully assembled and came ... fully assembled. This product said fully assembled ... and I need to not only install the bottom shelf (I expected this based on reviews), but the legs too. Seems simple enough to change the wording in the description to "partially assembled," to be more transparent to buyers. Also, what's up with the price increasing over night (from around $188 to $266.I have been looking exactly the right piece to put into my newly constructed bathroom, which is a little too modern for my shabby chic style house. It more than did the trick! It is exactly, and I mean exactly what I was looking for. I guess it’s time to start saving up for the dresser. I would recommend the stable to anybody and I already have!Very nice color. Easy assembly...looks great!I love this table. I've been looking for something "green" for my bedroom. This is perfect as a nightstand.My son put it together. Two legs were bent, but he was able to fix it. Easy put together.Easy to assemble. Good and sturdy. Package good. But did have multi chips on it. A little pricey but it’s cuteWas ordered to match my desk. Very upsetting that they put packaging tape directly on the wood, it took the paint off and left an area without paint and sticky, sticky residue all along the back too.On the up side, it is beautiful. But they didn't drill ANY of the corner holes on the bottom shelf all the way through so there's no way to attach it to the legs. I have no power tools so I'm going to have to gorilla glue the shelf to the metal legs. Way more work than I anticipated. But even more to send it back.UPDATE: After fixing what needed to be fixed, I changed my review from 3 to 4 stars. Still not 5 because I still had to improvise. So as you can see, I bought it for my coffee corner. Beautiful storage! I was able to clear out my cabinets of all things coffee and tea. As per the second pucture, I unsuccessfully tried Gorilla epoxy for the bottom shelf before pulling out 4 glass cosmetic jars. Epoxy on the lids, jars snuggled into the leg corners, bottom shelf on top and...VOILA!As the saying goes "Necessity is the mother of invention.I love this table. It's perfect for our entryway. It seems sturdy and was a great value at this price. The wood is a little rough so I coated it with Modge Podge so it was smoother to the touch. It is a great little table. It was easy to assemble. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to assemble the table. The description says it's assembled, but it's not. The legs need to be attached. There are no pilot holes for the Phillips screws but the wood is soft enough that you don't need them. This took me 20 minutes to assemble. The top part with the drawers is assembled though.
