Jacket is big and unshapely so heating elements aren't close enough to your body to actually feel the heat. (I ordered a small and it was still too big.) I took out the heating elements and modified a different garment and now it is working nicely for my purposes, but the jacket was a waste of money; should have shopped for just the heating elements and battery pack.
