Great bag. Comes exactly like the picture shows. Have used it daily for about 2 months now and it has held up perfectly. Zippers work well. Easily fits a larger laptop. I'm normally carrying around a laptop, gym clothes including shoes, folders, as well as varying items inside the side pockets. Perfect size for traveling around, not too big while still being able to hold a good deal of items. Only compliant is there are no inner compartments or zippers for smaller items.
