The quality is excellent, and I love the design of the latching door. I would have given 5 stars but the plastic cage pan was cracked and it leaks.This cage was delivered March 12, 2024. I received a message saying it was past the return date. It is not past the 30 day return date! I don’t want to return the cage, but the plastic bottom pan is broken and I would like it replaced. It was broken during shipping. I believe that is a reasonable request.UPDATE! I called Amazon and they credited me the cost of a replacement cage pan. I am ordering the replacement cage pan and am delighted with the cages and the support at Amazon! I upgraded my review to 5 stars based on their support!
